Our Story

We were founded to meet an urgent need: a dignified, scalable response to unsheltered homelessness in Delaware. With municipal partners, volunteers, and funders, we rapidly delivered the Georgetown Navigation Center, demonstrating that low-barrier, service-rich villages stabilize lives and accelerate exits to housing. Today, we’re expanding Navigation Centers and advancing Cottage Communities that add permanently affordable homes to Delaware’s housing ecosystem.
