Mission

Springboard Delaware gives light at the end of the tunnel for an end to homelessness through housing + services that restore dignity, build stability, and foster self-sufficiency. Creating the conditions for human and community flourishing. We aim for Functional Zero in Delaware by 2035, where homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring.
